From steel bar to boxed bearing.

The production flow every bearing follows.

Raw material
Bearing-grade steel bars and tubes inspected on arrival.

Turning & forging
Rings are forged or turned to near-net shape.

Heat treatment
Hardening and tempering for wear and fatigue life.

Grinding & honing
Raceways and bores are ground to final size and finish.

Assembly & inspection
Rings, rolling elements and cages are assembled, checked and packed.

04Inspection & testing

Checked at every stage. Tested before dispatch.

Quality is built in at every stage, not inspected in at the end. Each batch is checked from raw steel to the finished, packed bearing, and its results are recorded before it is released.

Incoming material
Bearing-steel bars, tubes, balls and rollers are checked against supplier certificates for grade, size and hardness before they enter production.

In-process control
Operators gauge rings at turning, verify hardness after heat treatment, and check size, roundness and surface finish at grinding. Out-of-tolerance parts are stopped at the machine.

Final batch inspection
Samples from every batch are measured for bore, outside diameter and width, radial internal clearance and smooth rotation, and inspected visually for finish, seals and shields.

Noise & vibration testing
Assembled bearings are run on a vibration tester that measures running noise. Bearings above the acceptance limit are rejected, so quiet running is checked, not assumed.
